RSB organises the logistics from the customer site to the processing site and provides the packaging to optimise loads and reduce the carbon footprint of e-waste transport.

Upon its arrival, electronic waste is identified, weighed and recorded in a stock management tool. This helps to direct it to the next processing step.

Some electronic waste contains dangerous items such as batteries or hard drives that can be reused. These items are removed by people with disabilities who work daily for RSB.

The waste is sorted into categories to be shredded before extracting the different material. RSB’s modern and innovative processes, allow the best recycling options for electronic waste.

Each material is then sent to a partner selected by RSB for its technology and ability to process various incoming material. All of these partners are regularly audited and are leaders in their field of activity.
