Creation of RSB

Creation of RSB. After a career in IT after-sales service, Damien COCULA understood that the management of WEEE was still poorly organised and wanted to improve this situation by creating RSB. Shortly after, the first European Directive on WEEE was published in 2002.

On the road in his van, he travelled the Rhône-Alpes region to recover computer waste.

This year marked a turning point for RSB’s activity. The company started specialising in the buy-back of telecom boxes and decoders and the recycling of electronic components. RSB became a key partner for the major players on the French internet market.
